We are seeking an experienced Business Manager - Finance & Insurance who is interested in a full-time role.

If you pride yourself on exceptional customer service and you are experienced as a high performing Business Manager for a high-volume retail dealership, then we want to hear from you

Working closely with the Sales Manager and reporting directly to the Senior Business Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • the presentation of finance and insurance products to our guests,
  • the preparation and submission of financial applications to our lenders to achieve swift positive Guest outcomes, and
  • this role offers a wide range of dealership experiences to build up a strong portfolio

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:

  • Minimum 12 months experience within the automotive industry with a proven track record achieving targets within a dealership environment
  • Current Queensland Driver's licence required at all times
  • Clear Credit File and Clear Police Record to represent to our financier
  • A Guest centric attitude with a focus on delivering the ultimate Guest experience
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • The ability to work autonomously
  • Excellent communication and computer skills
  • Strong attention to detail and compliance
