Registered Nurse / Enrolled Nurses Opportunities – Private Hospitals (QLD - Gold Coast)

ChoiceOne is currently seeking passionate and experienced Enrolled Nurses and Registered Nurses with a background in Cardiac Cath Lab for multiple roles for our client on the Gold Coast.

Permanent Full Time and Permanent Part Time opportunities are available.

We are looking for Level 1 Registered Nurses who are looking for Monday to Friday work with on call for out of hours and weekend work.

You will be a part of a supportive team that operate across our three theatres, covering Cardiac, Vascular and Electrophysiology procedures. 

Duties in the role include:

  • Providing safe, efficient and effective evidenced based nursing care
  • Supervise, direct, guide and mentor team members
  • Work closely with medical professionals to ensure appropriate outcomes for all patients
  • Coordinating clinical audits
  • Support patients in the management of their health recovery, rehabilitation or end of life needs

You will need to have:

  • Current nursing registration with AHPRA
  • Prior nursing experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab or Surgical Cardiac experience
  • Experience with angiography procedures
  • Outstanding communication skills and the ability to influence to achieve results
  • A continuous improvement attitude and alignment
  • Ability to be meet on call requirements within short notice
