Full-Time Clinical Nurse Position

As a skilled Clinical Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care within our Cath Lab team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to provide evidence-based, person-centred care while working collaboratively with the nursing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and implementation of high-quality patient care plans.
- Support the nursing team through active participation in planning, assessment, and evaluation processes.
- Ensure adherence to professional standards and legislative requirements through continuous learning and development.
- Mentor and educate peers, ENs, graduates, and students to maintain a culture of ongoing improvement.
- Actively engage with the inter-disciplinary team to provide outstanding patient outcomes.
- Develop effective relationships with external partners to enhance patient care across the healthcare continuum.
- Establish and maintain constructive working relationships with VMO partners, prioritizing customer service and collaboration.
- Hold current AHPRA registration and demonstrate 3+ years' experience in an acute environment.
- Team leader or in-charge nursing experience (1-year minimum) is highly desirable.
- Compliance with ACQSHC National standards is essential.
- Demonstrate initiative, teamwork, and passion for teaching and up-skilling staff in cardiac operating theatres.
