Make an Impact in Community Health – Administration Officer

Are you a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional? We are seeking a dedicated Administration Officer to join our Community Health team and provide high-quality administrative support across the Eyre and Far North region.

As an Administration Officer, you will play a vital role in delivering confidential, efficient, and client-centred administrative services to staff, clients, and visitors. Your professionalism and ability to work both independently and as part of a team will be key in supporting the delivery of community health services.

You will:

• Work collaboratively with Community Health staff and agencies in a cooperative and constructive manner.
• Provide administrative support and relief across Health Services as required.
• Support and guide trainee staff where applicable.
• Engage effectively with internal teams and external clients to ensure seamless service delivery.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in providing a comprehensive and efficient range of administrative & clerical support services.
• Demonstrated experience in the use of computer software programs, in particular Microsoft Office programs and the Internet.

Applicant Information

This is a part time vacancy, working 45 hours per fortnight and salary will be adjusted according to actual hours worked.
