**Overview**

Are you ready to make a difference in healthcare administration? We're seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as our Administration Officer. Reporting to the Director of Nursing and Midwifery, you'll play a vital role in ensuring efficient and effective administration services at Laura District Hospital.

**About the Role**

As the Administration Officer, you'll manage various administrative tasks essential for supporting clinical services, handle high workloads with effective prioritisation, and liaise professionally on sensitive issues. You'll also collaborate with the team and deliver exceptional customer service often dealing with confidential situations requiring tact and your initiative to navigate diverse procedures and guidelines.

Desired Skills and Experience:

- Proven experience in administrative and clerical support roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Skilled in agenda preparation, minute-taking, and report writing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in data entry and HR and office management systems
