The Callista NextGen Project at Charles Darwin University (CDU) is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a cross-functional program.

About the Position

As the Business Analyst, you will be responsible for providing specialist support to multi-disciplinary projects through the assessment of client needs to align DTS technology and business initiatives with technical solutions. This position conducts business process analysis, functional design, documentation implementation, testing and training to deliver enterprise solutions to the university community.

About You

To be successful, you will require:

  • Completion of bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related field and/or a combination of relevant experience and education
  • Proven experience in a Business Analyst role or a similar position.
  • Strong analytical abilities with a background in statistical analysis.
  • Proficient in data analysis tools, such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Tableau.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong project management and organizational capabilities.

Appointment is contingent upon receipt of a satisfactory National Criminal History check. Visa Sponsorship is not available for this position.

Remuneration

Appointment to this role will be at Professional Employee Level 7. The base salary will be in the range of $96,559 - $105,992 per annum.

The total remuneration package will be in the range of $112,974 - $124,010 per annum, including 17% superannuation.
