About Role
We are currently looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst, who will utilise their strong financial modelling and analysis skills and experience to provide FP&A and Commercial Finance support. You will be responsible for a wide range of financial, management and analytical reporting.

Identifying and driving business outcomes by providing strategic financial analysis, modelling, influencing decision-making and contributing to the development of new processes and improvements. You will work with both local and global business stakeholders in the development, preparation, analysis and presentation of profitability and performance reports, along with conducting deep dive financial analysis on actual performance.

Role Responsibilities

• Budgeting, forecasting, long-range strategic planning and scenario analysis
• Design and build financial models for analysis
• Identify and provide advice on risks and opportunities to local management
• Work with and support various business stakeholders in developing and implementing a strategy
• Partner with the business and guide customer and vendor profitability
• Use BI tools to help drive business decisions
• Deliver commercial and analytical support to the business to facilitate profitable and sustainable growth
• Provide both ongoing and ad hoc management reporting, analysis and commentary promptly
• Collaborate with the finance team to help with delivering monthly reported results and ensure the integrity and accuracy of reporting

Role Requirements

• Professional qualification (CA, CPA, or CFA) and a degree in Finance or related field.
• At least 5 years demonstrable business/finance experience, ideally within the Distribution, Supply Chain and Logistics space, in a highly transactional and complex environment
• Proven experience in FP&A and Management Reporting, preferably within the Distribution, Supply Chain and Logistics space, in a highly transactional and complex environment
• Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills that will build relationships with Senior Leaders, Stakeholders, and Team Members at all levels
• Process improvement experience
• SAP and OneStream knowledge is highly desirable
• Systems skills – SAP, Onestream, Qliksense, Power BI and/or other BI tools experience desirable
