My client is a global leader in industrial consumer products with a strong regional presence, billions in revenue, and a portfolio of well-known brands.
This is not your typical FP&A role. You will play a pivotal part in establishing and leading the FP&A function across the region, taking ownership of forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis, while partnering closely with corporate functions to drive informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and enhance the FP&A framework for the region.
  • Deliver budgeting, forecasting, and monthly performance analysis.
  • Develop financial models to support strategic decisions.
  • Create impactful reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.
  • Partner with finance teams across multiple markets to ensure alignment and consistency.
  • Provide commercial insights and recommendations that go beyond the numbers.
Skills and Experience:
  • CPA/CA qualified (or close to completion) preferred.
  • Background in FMCG, consumer goods, or product-based industries is advantageous.
  • 3-4 years of experience in a previous FP&A role.
  • Advanced Excel modelling skills with exposure to TM1 or Power BI.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and presentation skills.
