Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Diploma of Nursing Trainer and Assessor, located on-site at North Sydney, NSW. The Trainer and Assessor will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality curriculum and training programs for nursing students. This includes preparing lesson plans, teaching theoretical and practical classes, assessing student performance, providing feedback, and maintaining accurate records. The role also involves staying current with industry standards and regulatory requirements to ensure training content remains relevant and compliant.

Qualifications

  • Strong Nursing and Nursing Education background
  • Experience in Curriculum Development
  • Knowledge in Medicine, including Critical Care Medicine
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous teaching or training experience is highly regarded
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Relevant qualifications and certifications in Nursing or related fields
