Role Description
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating projects from inception to completion — both internally within the studio and externally with clients and consultants. The role requires exceptional organisational, communication, and planning skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
Key responsibilities include maintaining comprehensive project documentation, managing budgets and timelines, providing regular updates to stakeholders, and proactively identifying and resolving issues throughout the project lifecycle
Experience in delivering Wayfinding, Customer Experience, or related Environmental Design projects will be highly regarded, along with a strong understanding of design processes and client management.
Requirements
- Project Management skills, including the ability to oversee and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
