The role
The position within the Training Team focuses on enhancing the skills and knowledge of the motor assessing team, ensuring they are fully trained and equipped to deliver on the company's promise of cost-effective, high-quality, and timely outcomes in motor assessing.
Focusing on these areas, the role will not only support Auto & General's objectives of delivering exceptional service but also contribute to the continuous growth and development of its team, ultimately ensuring the company remains at the forefront of the insurance industry.
- Plan, create, prepare and deliver tailored training modules and programs that cater to the varying levels of experience and expertise within the assessing team.
- Incorporate blended learning approaches leveraging our MyLearning digital induction program.
- Build collaborative relationship with key internal and external stakeholders to create innovative learning experiences.
- Collect and analyse feedback from trainees, post and pre training, to refine and adjust the training programs as required, striving for continual improvement.
- Use relevant pedagogy to implement training programs that enable learners to be equipped with the right skills, enabling them to be agile in response to internal and external changes.
- Apply adult learning principles and methodologies to deliver key training requirements.
- Collaborate with SME to produce exceptional learning materials, videos and assessments.
- Continuously improve course content based on feedback with up-to date emerging trends.
- Maintain accurate documentation, records and learning materials within a LMS system.
- May be required to travel interstate at times
What Experience You'll Bring
- Previous experience in designing and delivering learning materials or similar environment is highly desirable.
- Certificate IV in adult training and vocational learning (preferred but not essential).
- Proficient in the use of digital learning experiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in planning, developing and implementing learning programs.
- Highly organised.
- Analytical approach with problem solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment, whilst delivering key outcomes.
- Strong understanding of compliance requirements in the RTO or education sector.
- Previous experience in the insurance industry favoured but not essential.
