Do you have what it takes to become a Smartgroup Marketing Coordinator?

As a Marketing coordinator you'll be responsible for coordinating and executing a suite of marketing activations, campaigns, and initiatives across multiple channels. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure timely, professional delivery of marketing activities that support our broader engagement strategy.

To be successful at Smartgroup you will possess:

• A proactive and collaborative mindset, with a passion for delivering high-quality marketing outcomes
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a focus on building trusted relationships
• A keen eye for detail and commitment to upholding brand standards across all marketing materials
• The ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive and fast-paced team environment
• A continuous improvement approach, always looking for ways to enhance processes and campaign effectiveness
