Grain Marketing & Supply Chain Supervisor. – Grains & Bulk Commodities

Location- Remote (regionally in NSW or VIC) – Full Time.

Leverage your logistics expertise in a commercially focused role. Boolah is seeking an experienced logistics professional with a background in grain marketing and commodity movements who is ready to step into a more commercially aligned position.

This role offers a unique opportunity to combine your operational strengths with business development, procurement support, and customer engagement across a growing marketing & supply chain landscape.

Boolah is a vertically integrated agribusiness with operations spanning grain production, on-farm storage, procurement, and logistics. With a strong presence across northern NSW and southern QLD, we deliver quality outcomes for growers, carriers, and customers through efficient, transparent, and relationship-driven operations.

Key Responsibilities


• Manage strong relationships with growers & customers, with a focus on delivering high quality service and support.


• Engage in grain marketing activities as part of a collaborative, team-driven environment.


• Coordinate the end-to-end movement of grain and commodities across road, rail, and storage networks.


• Liaise with growers, freight providers, storage operators, and customers to ensure timely, compliant execution.


• Maintain accurate delivery records and support contract tracking and logistics documentation.


• Assist with seasonal procurement and contract execution, ensuring alignment with commercial strategy.


• Contribute to sales support and market analysis, providing logistics insights to optimise pricing and position.


• Identify supply chain improvements and support compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.


• Support business growth through relationship-building and identifying new commercial opportunities within the supply chain.


• Operate remotely while being embedded in a high-performing, regionally focused team.


• Play an active role in strategic planning and development initiatives.


• Opportunities to build and grow an individual client base while contributing within a collaborative, team-first environment.

Candidate Profile


• 2–5 years' experience in Grain Marketing, Grain logistics, Agri-supply chain, or commodity coordination.


• Strong communication, problem solving and relationship management skills.


• Commercially curious and eager to grow into a more strategic, customer-facing role.


• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, seasonal environment.


• Solid understanding of WHS, Chain of Responsibility, and compliance within ag logistics.
