We're looking for a friendly and reliable Assistant Branch Manager to support the Senior Operations Team, with a mix of office and on-the-road responsibilities. In this role, you'll help deliver and collect vehicles, prepare them for customers, assist with daily branch operations, and ensure every customer enjoys a smooth and positive experience.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Ensure the smooth delivery and retrieval of vehicles for customers, aligning with both the Company's and customers' expectations.
  • Providing support to the Senior Operations Team in local team management and operational tasks.
  • Be the escalation point for any day-to-day issues that need addressing at a location level.

What You'll Bring

  • Preferred experience in a similar role or within the automotive industry.
  • A full and clean driver's license, a motorbike license is an advantage but not a necessity.
  • Physically able to wash and prepare vehicles for delivery
  • Exceptional customer service skills with at least one year of experience in a customer service role.
  • Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
  • Able to solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
