The Role – Estimator

As an Estimator at ABN Group, you won't just be crunching numbers — you'll be laying the financial foundation for homes that matter. Your accuracy and foresight will help shape projects from the ground up, ensuring they are costed with precision and delivered with confidence.

What You'll Do:

• Prepare accurate cost assessments, budgets, and contract quotations
• Support sales, prestart, and admin teams with timely, well-calculated figures
• Ensure projects remain profitable while delivering exceptional value
• Maintain meticulous documentation and ensure compliance throughout
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Operations teams to align goals and streamline execution
• Provide outstanding service to internal and external stakeholders
