About the Role
As Senior Development Manager, you'll oversee the end-to-end delivery of development projects nationally—from evaluating acquisition opportunities to managing design, planning approvals, construction, and handover.
You'll work across a diverse pipeline of village expansions, redevelopments, and new builds, ensuring each project is commercially sound, future-focused, and aligned with Eureka's ESG goals. Success in this role means delivering high-quality housing, with pace, precision, and minimal disruption to existing communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead feasibility, approvals, design, and delivery of multiple projects
- Support acquisitions by assessing zoning and development potential
- Manage consultant teams, planning submissions, and stakeholder engagement
- Drive budgets, timelines, risk mitigation, ESG compliance, and reporting
- Champion innovation in build methods including modular, prefab, and CLT
About You
- At least 7 years of experience in Property Development Projects, with a proven track record in delivering projects on time and on budget
- End to End Experience from acquisition to handover
- Experience with Pre-fabrications
- Strong financial and commercial acumen
- Skilled in project and stakeholder management
- Deep understanding of planning frameworks and compliance
- Solution focused, innovative, strategic, and driven to deliver meaningful housing outcomes
