About the Role
As Client Services/Concierge, you will be front of house for our resident's and their families. You will ensure that the process of admission into residential aged care is smooth and seam free and is a positive experience for everyone involved. You will maintain communication with resident's and families on our waitlist and facilitate tours of our beautiful South Grafton home. Moving to residential aged care can be a difficult time in our resident's lives, so a sensitive and consumer orientated approach is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that rooms across all residences maintain satisfactory occupancy.
- Liaising with key stakeholders (hospitals, ACAP, social workers, medical practices and age care placement agencies) to assist in maximising bed occupancy,
- Organising and scheduling appointments with potential clients to showcase any of the requested residences in the organisation
- Facilitating and organising admission paperwork and ensure Assessment is current
- Providing a smooth transition of admission process into the residence
About You:
- Excellent customer service delivery
- Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with relevant agencies and internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to delegate and prioritise tasks and be results orientated
- Demonstrated experience in the coordination and delivery of administrative services in a health, community or residential aged care setting.
- Knowledge of financial requirements for admissions into an aged care facility
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Current drivers' licence
