Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented 
Customer Service -Escalations Team member.

About the Role

You'll be the key point of contact for customers with escalated warranty or service cases, working closely with other departments to investigate, assess, and resolve issues quickly and professionally. Your focus: delivering exceptional service that builds trust and ensures every customer feels valued.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage escalated customer service enquiries via phone and email
  • Investigate, research, and assess warranty claims to company standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams to reach fair, timely resolutions
  • Maintain accurate case records and follow up with customers proactively
  • Ensure every customer interaction reflects care, professionalism, and efficiency
