2IC / Team Leader

Join our high-performing Adelaide CBD Clinic as a Second-in-Charge (2IC) and help lead a dynamic team committed to making a real impact in the field of occupational health.

Reporting directly to the Practice Manager, you'll be their right hand - stepping up to support team performance, client satisfaction, and operational excellence across the clinic.

No two days are the same, but your role will include:

• Coordinating day-to-day clinic operations to ensure a seamless patient and client experience
• Supervising and supporting admin/reception staff - leading by example
• Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and performance support
• Embedding a strong culture of customer service and professionalism
• General reception and administration duties (phones, bookings, invoicing, etc.)
• Processing medical bookings and assessments
• Managing results and administering health questionnaires

This is a fantastic opportunity to build on your existing admin experience, step into leadership, and grow in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

We're after someone with:

• Strong administrative experience (healthcare background preferred but not essential)
• Some previous team leadership or supervisory experience (reception, admin or similar roles)
• A proactive, people-first mindset - you're a motivator and a problem-solver
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Confidence using computers and software systems (Clarity/Best Practice experience a bonus)
• A genuine passion for customer service and patient care
