Small Bar 2IC | Busy CBD Small Bar

We're looking for a motivated and reliable Venue 2IC to join our team and help keep things buzzing in our CBD small bar. You don't need years of experience behind the bar — what matters most is your attitude, work ethic, and eagerness to learn. If you love people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to take on a leadership role, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll do:

  • Support the Venue Manager with day-to-day operations
  • Lead and motivate the team during service
  • Deliver friendly, efficient customer service and keep the vibe high
  • Learn and develop cocktail and bartending skills
  • Help with stock control, cleanliness, and RSA compliance
  • Stand in for Management at times and ensure standards are maintained

What we're looking for:

  • A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic
  • Leadership potential — confident, responsible, and supportive
  • Willingness to learn bartending skills and grow with the team
  • Great communication and people skills
  • Current RSA certificate (or willing to obtain before starting)
