An opportunity has recently become available for a
**Corporate Receptionist** to be the face of their
**Wyong **office.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Greeting all visitors and clients into the offices
- Ensuring ID and security passes are managed in-line with guidelines
- Managing all incoming and outgoing post and couriers
- Booking and coordinating meeting rooms
- Assisting with catering requirements
- Supporting the facilities team with other ad-hoc administration tasks as required.

This is a crucial role where you will
**be the face and voice of the business**, as such you should always be
**warm and approachable** and work with a smile. You should also have an intermediate level of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook), be
**self motivated,** and have high standards when it comes to attitude and also presentation.

**Applicants must have previous Reception experience, above all, your overall attitude and presentation will be key.**

The hours of work are 8.30am - 5.00pm, Monday to Friday, office based role.

This is initially a temporary position with a view to convert to permanent after 6 months.
