About the Role

We're looking for a Diploma-qualified Room Assistant who is enthusiastic, nurturing, and committed to supporting children's development through play-based learning. You'll work alongside an experienced team in a purpose-built centre licensed for 28 children (0–6 years), spread across two age-based rooms.

Who You Are

  • Hold (or are actively working towards) a Diploma in Children's Services

  • Have a strong understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework (VEYLDF)

  • Hold current First Aid and Anaphylaxis Training (or willing to obtain)

  • Proactive and confident in implementing curriculum

  • Bright, friendly, and full of positive energy

  • Committed to both child development and educator growth

  • A collaborative team player with a passion for providing high-quality care

  • Are experienced with programming and planning aligned to the VEYLDF/NQF
