Learning Designer

We're looking for a Learning Designer and Facilitator to join our Education and Development team and help shape the future of learning across our national pharmacy network. In this role, you'll be empowered to work in a role that blends creativity and hands-on delivery.
Reporting to the Learning Design Manager, you'll be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality learning programs that meet business needs and drive performance.
You'll work closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders to create interactive, learner-centred content and facilitate both face-to-face and online sessions that leave a lasting impact.
Your typical work week will look like:
- Designing engaging learning programs using instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop tailored learning solutions.
- Facilitating dynamic learning experiences across various formats and audiences.
- Participating in learning projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
- Evaluating training effectiveness and continuously improve programs based on feedback and data.
- Staying up to date with digital learning trends and integrate new technologies into learning design.
- Certificate IV qualification in Training and Assessment (or equivalent) highly regarded.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design, digital learning principles, and LMS platforms.
- Experience in developing multimedia learning resources, including video and interactive content.
- Excellent facilitation skills and a confident, professional presentation style.
- Highly organised with strong project management and communication skills.
- A mentoring mindset and the ability to translate complex ideas into practical learning.
