Business Manager
to provide strategic leadership across finance, facilities, risk, and operations. As a key member of the College Leadership Team, you will drive the effective use of resources to support excellence in teaching and learning.As the Business Manager your key responsibilities will include:

  • Lead the College's financial planning, budgeting, and reporting
  • Oversee facilities, capital works, and compliance
  • Manage payroll and financial systems with integrity and precision
  • Provide strategic advice to the Principal and Leadership Team

We are looking for:

  • Degree in Accounting, Business, Commerce, or related field (CPA/CA highly regarded)
  • Proven leadership experience in finance and operations, ideally in education or the not-for-profit sector
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting standards, compliance, and risk management
  • Demonstrated success in leading teams and managing multiple projects
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with staff, parents, and external stakeholders
