This year's growth in Australia has created an opening for an enthusiastic and self-driven individual who will be responsible for creating new customers and also upselling additional products to existing client accounts.
Across multiple locations in Australia and Europe we are dedicated to helping small to medium sized businesses get online and improve their web presence via search engine optimisation techniques and paid advertising.
Our techniques encompass (but are not limited to) improving user experience across businesses website, optimising for voice search, focusing on topic clusters with a website, conquering video with YouTube SEO, building a variety of backlinks and targeting local searchers with local landing pages and listings.
This Melbourne based role reports directly to the Senior Sales Manager and has breadth of opportunity and challenge.
The desired candidate is enthusiastic, sociable, articulate, resilient and confident. You should be an excellent relationship builder that thrives on working in a team environment and will develop a genuine interest in their client's business.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Sales/Account management
· Provide product information and assistance regarding the specifics of Search Engine Optimisation
· Proactively maintain an up to date knowledge of all products and services to ensure a superior experience for the consumers
· Exceptional customer service to all clients
· Responding in an efficient and professional manner to all clients
· Management and first call resolution of customer concerns
To be considered for this position you will demonstrate the following capabilities:
· At least two years previous experience in an account management and/or direct sales role
· Proven ability to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)
· Understanding of Search Engine Optimisation techniques and ability to succinctly convey complex language and information to enable understanding by our customers.
· An in depth understanding of Googles Pay Per Click environment.
· Professional verbal and written communication skills
· Exceptional problem-solving skills
· Professional telephone manner and possess a high level of resilience
· Relevant Degree qualification preferred.
Preferred Skills:
· SalesForce or similar CRM knowledge
· Knowledge of SEO
· Knowledge of Pay Per Click Marketing
· An appreciation, understanding and experience of sales processes and account management
· Customer Service Skills
