Role Overview
As a Swimming Pool Installation Trainee, you'll work alongside experienced installers to assist with the full process of fiberglass pool installation. This hands-on, outdoor role will see you directly involved in creating stunning pools that exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in all aspects of swimming pool installation
- Perform plumbing work for pool filtration systems
- Determine levels and datum points for precise installations
- Engage in manual labour such as hand digging, shovelling, and moving materials
- Prepare installation sites to a high standard
- Build filtration systems and install pool equipment
- Support team members across various stages of the build
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous pool installation or filtration experience is an advantage, but not essential
- Construction White Card (required)
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
- Current driver's licence and reliable utility vehicle
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
