Marketing Coordinator

Epson is seeking a motivated and energetic team player to join its Marketing Department on a permanent basis.
The role is to support the Marketing Department to achieve its objectives by undertaking marketing and administrative functions, including (but not limited to) coordinating and distributing digital and non-digital marketing assets, assisting the sales team with ad hoc marketing requests, customisation of packaging for both printer hardware and consumables, POS delivery, seed stock management, MDF/coop administration and digital administration support, all whilst ensuring that all marcoms expenditure is within budget and in line with the agreed plan.
Responsibilities of the Marketing Coordinator include but are not limited to:
- Work with the key stakeholders (KSH) and the sales team to develop the necessary sales tools and aids.
- Arrange and coordinate the production of such tools and aids.
- Liaise with contracted agencies to ensure the production and development of the necessary marketing materials.
- Coordinate communications to and marketing assets for channel partners, including delivery of information via the Channel Epson partner portal.
- Assist and manage updates to Epson websites, by liaising with E-Business team
- Assist in the creation and implementation of web banners for advertising and promotional activities, inclusive of third-party sites.
- Proofread all web-based material to ensure correctness before material is uploaded to live site.
To be successful, you will need to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
- Intermediate to advanced skills in the MS Office products.
- Knowledge of and experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms, e.g. Salesforce Account Engagement, HubSpot, Kalviyo, Mailchimp or similar.
- Ability to create EDMs (electronic direct mails) using WYSIWYG editors based on design templates.
- SAP knowledge desirable however, not essential.
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating marketing activities, with a focus on digital and traditional marketing channels.
- Demonstrated experience with channel partner marketing, including management of partner loyalty programs and agencies.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud to assist with developing and editing marketing collateral.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and experience in managing content updates for websites and online platforms.
- Ability to collect, analyse, and report on marketing performance data to inform campaign improvements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating marketing content and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing desired, however, not essential.
