**The company**

An e-learning vendor that provides best-in-class solutions for digital training for businesses and organisations. Through effective and engaging e-learning solutions, they are able to help businesses develop their workforce.
The sales team is on the hunt for a Senior Sales Development Representative to assist with their ever-growing client portfolio. You will be developing and driving for revenue opportunities within your assigned territory.

This role is open to any location within Australia.

**Responsibilities**
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual KPIs & targets.
- Build and qualify top-quality outbound leads for the sales team.
- Implement creative strategies using various forms of media.
- Become a master at building relationships with new customers up to the enterprise level.
- Accurate reporting and effective use of CRM system.

**Experience Needed**
- 4 years of sales experience.
- Experience working within a global team or as a remote employee.
- Previous cold-calling experience is required.
- Consistently achieved yearly quotas bringing in new revenue.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of CRM tools. (Preferably Salesforce).

**Benefits**
- Up to $100k OTE (60/40) + super + benefits
