What you'll do

• Hands on experience in the development, implementation and of operational risk and frameworks and assessment of operational risks and controls
• Provide risk advisory support for strategic business initiatives
• Turn data into actionable insights for executive decision-making
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and assess process risks and controls
• Promote a positive, transparent risk culture across the business

What you'll bring

• Proven experience in operational risk focused roles ideally within a highly regulated environment
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Ability to manage multiple engagements in fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication and report-writing abilities
• Relevant degree (Legal, Accounting, Business, Finance); post-grad qualifications valued
