What You'll Do

  • Be the go-to expert for governance frameworks, compliance, and risk management
  • Partner with senior leaders to embed robust governance practices
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in governance systems
  • Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and sector standards
  • Drive policy governance and streamline document control to champion compliance, enhance clarity, and ensure consistency across all organisational operations
  • Proven track record in policy administration, document control, governance, and compliance—ideally within the NDIS or community services space.
  • Deep expertise in the NDIS Practice Standards, Code of Conduct, and Child & Family Services regulatory frameworks, with a sharp eye for
