Navigator Group is looking for a Psychologist (Registered or Clinical) to join our team of dedicated mental health professionals. This role is ideal for both experienced practitioners and early career psychologists who are looking to build strong clinical foundations in a supportive environment.

The Role

As a Psychologist, you will play a key role in:


• Assessing the psychological needs of clients and delivering targeted interventions to support their recovery.


• Providing evidence-based treatment, ensuring clients receive the most effective care tailored to their individual needs.


• Collaborating within an interdisciplinary team, contributing to a holistic and person-centered recovery approach.

Who We're Looking For


• Full AHPRA registration as a Psychologist


• SIRA registered or willingness to obtain registration prior to commencement.


• Experience delivering evidence-based treatment for psychological conditions


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills


• A team-oriented mindset, with experience working in a collaborative environment


• (Desirable) Understanding of the compensable injury sector
