Navigator Group is looking for a Psychologist (Registered or Clinical) to join our team of dedicated mental health professionals. We are committed to delivering effective, evidence-based interventions that support individuals recovering from psychological injuries, helping them regain confidence and improve their overall well-being.
This role is ideal for both experienced practitioners and early career psychologists who are looking to build strong clinical foundations in a supportive environment.

The Role
As a Psychologist, you will play a key role in:
• Assessing the psychological needs of clients and delivering targeted interventions to support their recovery.
• Providing evidence-based treatment, ensuring clients receive the most effective care tailored to their individual needs.
• Collaborating within an interdisciplinary team, contributing to a holistic and person-centered recovery approach.
Who We're Looking For
• Full AHPRA registration as a Psychologist
• SIRA registered or willingness to obtain registration prior to commencement.
• Experience delivering evidence-based treatment for psychological conditions
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• A team-oriented mindset, with experience working in a collaborative environment
• (Desirable) Understanding of the compensable injury sector
