As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented individual to join our QLD team in the role of QLD Operations Manager.

About the Role:

We are on the lookout for an Operations Manager, to join our team.

You will support and drive performance, accuracy, quality and teamwork across multiple functions.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with our team to ensure that daily KPIs and targets are met.
  • Work across various departments to ensure the smooth flow of communications, information sharing, and tight deadlines are met.
  • Scheduling and planning.
  • Maintain high levels of customer service.
  • Uncover and resolve issues quickly to minimise disruption to operations.
  • Staff rostering, performance management and record keeping
  • Ensuring Good Work Practice is observed at all times.
  • An understanding of HACCP (desirable)
  • Ability to achieve outcomes on time and maintain effective systems to support process flow.
  • Customer communications and relationship management
  • Forklift operations, loading and unloading.
  • Solid Knowledge of WH&S and SOPs.

  • Microsoft suite literacy and understanding of third-party software.
  • A high level of autonomy
  • Reliable and accountable.
  • Communication agility to ensure that our diverse workforce understands and follows directions.
  • Leadership qualities
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • 2 years people management experience
  • Honesty and integrity
