Overview:
- The Senior Facilities and Sustainability Manager is responsible for leading the strategic planning, oversight and evaluation of facilities management, maintenance services, and critical sustainability programs across DHW sites ensuring compliance with legislative requirements, Australian Standards and relevant regulations. The role influences and guides the design and delivery of strategic sustainability management plans and initiatives while leading a high performing team. The Senior Facilities and Sustainability Manager is also responsible for building and maintaining productive working relationships DHW staff and external stakeholders to scope projects, manage and administer project budgets and ensure contracted works meet requirements.
