WPE is looking for you to have the following:

• Someone who loves dealing with people and can give Exceptional Customer Focused service via incoming calls, email and walk in customers.
• Is able to shine with fabulous administrative skills - this means you are a highly organised individual who has sound experience with Microsoft Office.
• Enjoys problem solving when needed so our customers needs can be met
• Yes, we are a busy office so you will have to demonstrate great time manage and prioritise your work load each day
• Someone who loves learning new things such as logistic planning for our national and international customers, easy to use computer programs and how the heavy transport industry operates nationally.
• A person who has a sense of fun and loves being part of a vibrant, progressive, passionate team

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

• Customer Communication: Handling customer enquiries via phone and email in a timely, friendly, and solution-focused manner. You'll assist with freight bookings, provide tracking updates, and resolve delivery queries.
• Freight Management System Operation: Accurately entering and managing data in our freight system, generating consignment notes and labels, and ensuring freight is booked, tracked, and updated correctly.
• Liaising with Drivers & Operations: Communicating daily with our drivers and warehouse teams to ensure freight is moving efficiently and customer expectations are met.
• Problem Solving & Escalations: Proactively managing delays, changes, or issues, and communicating with internal teams and customers to provide timely solutions.
• Internal Coordination: Collaborating with the broader SEC team and management to maintain operational flow, service consistency, and client satisfaction.
• Documentation & Compliance: Ensuring all freight documentation, paperwork, and compliance tasks are completed and filed accurately.
• Administrative Support: Supporting senior leaders, including the Managing Director and Director of Regional Operations, with various administrative and coordination duties.
