Tobin's Transport is a family owned & operated Company with over 20 years experience. We operate multiple depots through our regional network across NSW and owe our growth to customer focus and high quality service. We are currently seeking Multiple roles ( Van Role's + Afternoon Shift + MR/HR/HC Truck roles left) at our DUBBOdepot ranging from light vehicle, heavy vehicle & forklift operators, depot staff and yard hands.

NO EXPERIENCE OR LICENSING REQUIRED COMPLETE ON THE JOB TRAINING AND COMPANY PAID LICENSING OPPORTUNITIES ARE AVAILABLE FOR THE RIGHT CANDIDATE.

What attributes does the right candidate have?

• Attitude is everything. We are looking for people that have a positive outlook in the workplace and the challenges that can arise accompanied with a can do attitude.
• Reliability. We work within an industry that cannot be scaled down meaning when team members are not present or late at work the rest of the team need to pick up the slack. We are looking for a strong commitment of reliability from team members.
• Flexibility. We are looking for people that are flexible with start and finish times and are prepared to work a 12 hour day when required. We are open for discussion if people have commitments that can be negotiated prior to employment.
• Teamwork. Freight depot's are buzzing with people, pallets, cartons, contractors and a high level of teamwork is required to efficiently complete the days tasks. Liaising with forklift operators, drivers, customer service, management and customers is absolutely essential.
