Tibra is seeking early-career traders and quantitative professionals (up to 5 years' experience) with a passion for medium frequency trading. Join our Accelerator Program to build and enhance real-world trading systems, applying quantitative methods to highly competitive financial markets.

As part of the MF team, you'll work alongside top quants and developers, gaining hands-on experience in strategy research, statistical modelling, and trading system development. The program blends software development, financial market theory, and practical on-the-job training, ensuring you develop both your technical and market skills. You'll contribute directly to evolving Tibra's MF trading strategies, with mentorship every step of the way.

Experience required:

  • Degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Data Science or a related subject.
  • 1+ years' experience as a quant/trader in medium frequency systematic trading environment
  • Intermediate to advanced coding ability in Python
  • Demonstratable skills in statistics and data analytics
