The Digital Producer will manage the operational delivery of digital fundraising and marketing campaigns across paid media channels, such as Meta, Google Ads, Performance Max, Digital Programmatic, LinkedIn, TikTok and other social media platforms.
This role is responsible for building and optimising digital fundraising and marketing campaigns including platform setup & build, optimisation, platform & GA4 tracking setup, reporting on results and media spend budget management to achieve targets provided by the Digital Fundraising Strategist or Digital Strategy Director.
Working collaboratively with digital fundraising strategists, data, account managers, and external suppliers, the Digital Producer ensures all digital paid media campaigns are executed to Donor Republic's standards of excellence and to support campaign analytics to optimise and report on performance against KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
· Build and launch digital fundraising and marketing campaigns in line with strategies set by the Digital Fundraising Strategist, across Meta, Google Ads (including Search, Display and Performance Max), Programmatic, LinkedIn, TikTok and other emerging platforms.
· Manage campaign tracking, asset upload, URL/UTM consistency, and platform compliance requirements.
· Monitor live campaign performance across all paid media platforms and implement ongoing optimisations to maximise ROI and achieve fundraising targets, in collaboration with Digital Fundraising Strategist or Digital Strategy Director.
· Troubleshoot delivery issues, low-performance segments and tracking inconsistencies to maintain campaign health.
· Communicate campaign progress, performance, and risks clearly and confidently to internal stakeholders.
· Work collaboratively with Digital Fundraising Strategists, Account Managers, Data teams and external partners to deliver digital fundraising campaigns.
· Maintain strong communication across teams to ensure campaigns are executed accurately, on time and aligned with strategic direction.
Our Ideal Candidate will:
· Be a pro at Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
· Experience building and optimising campaigns for paid search, social and display
· Experience using Google analytics and setting up e-commerce tracking
· Ability to set up, maintain, and troubleshoot tracking infrastructure including pixels, GTM tags, conversion actions, custom audiences, UTMs, and offline conversions
· Competence in interpreting paid media data, identifying performance trends, and applying results-driven optimisations to meet CPA, ROAS, volume, and revenue targets.
· Demonstrated ability to manage and pace media budgets accurately across multiple campaigns.
· Proven ability to deliver campaign builds, optimisations, and reports on time, accurately, and to a high standard of quality.
