While the role will predominantly involve South Australian residential conveyancing, the successful applicant must be willing to learn and/or support complex commercial and interstate matters as needed.

Working in our Adelaide Real Estate team, and for our Adelaide partnership, you will work closely with an experienced conveyancer. and a team of lawyers.

On a daily basis your role will consist of-:

  • Managing South Australian residential conveyancing files from start to finish, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
  • Preparation of residential land sale contracts and Form 1 Vendor's Statements.
  • Preparing land division documents.
  • Preparing a variety of South Australian land registry forms.
  • Registration of lease documents.
  • Preparing stamp duty submissions where manual assessments are required.
  • Building and maintaining strong client/referral relationships.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, addressing client queries, and offering guidance throughout the transaction process.
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure seamless communication and workflow.

What we're looking for

  • Experience in a similar role for 3+ years
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in your work
  • Proficient in relevant conveyancing legislation
  • A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills
