As a Junior Digital Partnerships Executive, you'll be part of our Digital Team, helping to manage and grow ongoing client relationships across web, app, and digital service accounts. You'll support our senior digital accounts team in keeping delivery smooth, communications clear, and problems solved quickly.
This is an entry-level role, but not a passive one. You'll be expected to think, learn, and adapt quickly. We're looking for someone smart, switched on, and steady under pressure. The kind of person who asks good questions, stays calm when things get messy, and genuinely wants to understand how digital projects work from the inside out. This role is the perfect foundation for a career in the digital industry.

What You'll Do
As a member of the digital team:
- Champion the KWP+Partners values and methodology.
- Foster cross-team collaboration, and continual improvement.
- Represent the agency in client meetings and industry events.
The Junior Digital Partnerships Executive plays a role in the success of KWP+Partners, including:
Client Support
- Be a responsive, reliable point of contact for web and app clients
- Keep communication professional, clear, and calm, especially when things go wrong
- Work alongside the Partnerships Team to ensure expectations are met and exceeded
Triage & Problem Solving
- Log, prioritise, and manage client support requests
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly
- Keep clients informed throughout the process
Customer Success
- Track client satisfaction and identify ways to improve
- Spot opportunities to add value or streamline workflows
Team Support & Improvement
- Share insights and feedback to improve how we work
- Look for small, practical ways to make processes smarter and faster
Financial / Administrative Management:
- Follow agency systems and procedures (job opening/closing, briefs, timesheets, archiving, scheduling).
- The Company may, from time to time, reasonably request that you undertake other duties to meet changing business needs.

- An interest in digital: platforms, websites, and where tech meets creativity
- Bonus points if you've used tools like Asana, Jira, or Deltek Workbook
