We are a well-established domestic structural steel fabrication and installation company looking for a reliable, professional, and friendly Front of House Contact to be the first point of contact for our clients, suppliers, and visitors.

We are after someone is who able to ensure that the day to day tasks are running smoothly, and orgainsed

Strong phone, communication and computer literacy skills are essential. Attention to Detail, wiliness to learn is a must. We are seeking someone that is able to multi task, able to work in a team else-well as unattended.

Foot traffic isn't high, our communication to clients via email and phone is high. However communication is Key.

We pride ourselves on our high customer service, servicing the needs of our client in a timely and professional manner.

No Experience necessary - Training will be provided to the right candidate

Experience with MYOB and Microsoft Office Package

Experience with Excel Spreadsheets - A MUST

Duties; (but not limited to)

Scheduling of Deliveries / Collating Run Sheets

Data Entry, Processing quotations and Job Orders.

General Administration Tasks

Liaising with Suppliers & Purchasing

Assisting with End of Month Procedures

Use of MYOB - Entering Supplier and Client Invoices

Provide administration support to management and the workshop Team.

Working Hours Flexible to right the candidate

Full Time Position - 38 Hours
