We have been engaged by a genuine 'employer of choice', and a leading name in their consumer services sector. They employ over 5000 staff and operate nationally, supporting over 50 outlet sites and turning over in excess of $800m.

To provide long term succession, this high achieving Commercial Finance Manager is looking to appoint a capable and ambitious Analyst. Someone that will benefit from his mentoring, training and support as you develop your career towards the management level .

In this role, budgeting and planning, performance analytics, and management reporting. The role will work closely with the Operational area mangers to empower them to make informed decisions based on financial and non-financial metrics.

  • Develop and maintain KPIs to meet contract and customer reporting requirements
  • Execute daily, weekly, and monthly reports on operational and financial performance
  • Scenario analysis for a range of investment decisions.
  • Create & present ad-hoc analysis to support business needs.
  • Variance analysis and insights on volume, revenue, cost of goods and overheads by business segment and customer.

You will have, advanced systems, communication and presentation skills and have a genuine ambition to progress and develop.

  • Qualified CPA, CIMA or CA
  • Ability to analyse data and provide guidance, including areas of opportunity and improvement
  • Proven ability to engage, articulate and deliver financial and commercial information to a group of non-financial and non-commercial stakeholders
  • Advanced skills in Excel
