About the Role
As an Assistant in Nursing across our mental health wards, you will work within a multidisciplinary team and assist the nursing team in the provision of care to our patients and their families.
About You
To thrive in this role, you should embody a positive and effective team spirit, showcasing excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
You should also possess:
Certificate 3 in Health services OR Certificate 3 in Care Support OR Certificate 3 in Aged Care or currently completing a relevant undergraduate degree.
Completion of a recognised Patient Care Assistant training program or equivalent
Proven ability to effectively in a team environment and independently as required
Certificate 4 qualification in Health Services or currently completing their 2nd or 3rd year as a nursing student with experience in an acute hospital setting.
Availability for a flexible roster covering all 7 days of the week.
Most importantly, you will bring a caring and compassionate nature that enables you to provide supportive care to patients and their carer's.
Remuneration: On offer is base hourly rate ranging from $ superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.

Requirements
