HAYLO People are partnering with a large QLD Government people-focused organisation to support an new project focusing on Tail workers compensation claims. This is a unique opportunity to apply your specialist knowledge to create meaningful outcomes for injured workers while contributing to a high-impact project.

  • Based in Brisbane (open to remote working if living outside of Brisbane)
  • This project is due to commence 12th January running to 30th June with possible extension.
  • Interviews taking place immediately.
  • Market-leading day rate of up to $600 per day + Super

The Role:

  • Review and identify opportunities within a project team for tail claims within QLD.
  • Engage with injured workers and other stakeholders to drive positive outcomes.
  • Apply your expertise in QLD workers compensation legislation and case management to review claims, treatment plans, and support resolutions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure timely case management and accurate file updates.

About You:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in workers compensation case management.
  • Strong understanding of workers compensation QLD legislation is essential.
  • Ideally have been exposed to tail-end claims case management.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused, empathetic approach.
  • Organised, able to manage multiple priorities, and a collaborative team player
