A rare opportunity to work with fun products that are in almost every household across Australia. Our in demand range of products is expanding creating this new opportunity to join our Dynamic Team.
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, this role within the company will see you manage key customer relationships and build new business opportunities that continues our exponential growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain synergetic relationships with key customers
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our key customer's businesses
- Accountable for meeting and exceeding key objectives
- Identify Growth Opportunities and new sales channels
- Develop and implement joint business plans with our customers
- Implement change through Data Analysis
- Develop and implement promotional strategies through the effective use of trade spend
- Create new Products through collaboration with our customers and development team
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Experience in working with Grocery (preferably Coles Supermarkets) and ability to negotiate with senior retail executives.
- Experience in building business plans collaboratively with customers to achieve desired outcomes for both parties
- Relentless in achieving set targets
- Thrive on the closure of a deal and have a mindset of over delivering
- An ability to lead our internal teams to implement customer and strategic plans
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced, Can-Do environment
- A desire to progress your career into senior management
