  • First-year OTE of $75,000 – $100,000 with base + commission
  • Second-year growth: typical OTE $95,000 – $115,000 once your desk is established

  • A Monday to Friday role with flexibility, no evenings or weekends

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs
  • Source, interview, and place candidates into new roles
  • Build and nurture client and candidate relationships
  • Establish new relationships and grow your business through business development
  • Learn and manage the full recruitment lifecycle
  • Hit clear placement and revenue targets with guidance and support
