Join a well-established builder–developer with a strong reputation for delivering complex high-rise and multi-residential projects across SEQ. With an active pipeline of apartment projects, they provide a stable environment, strong financial backing, and opportunities to progress into Project Engineer or Project Manager pathways.

Your New Role

As Senior CA, you will take ownership of the commercial delivery on a 22-storey apartment project (approx. 50 luxury units). You'll manage procurement and trade letting, head/subcontract administration, claims and variations, forecasting, and monthly reporting. Working closely with the Project Manager and Site Manager, you'll ensure the project is financially controlled and delivered to a high standard.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Experience as a Contract Administrator / Senior CA on high-rise apartment projects
  • Proven ability to manage procurement, budgets, forecasting and subcontractor negotiations
  • Strong understanding of D&C contracts, variations, and commercial risk management
  • Confidence liaising with consultants, clients and site teams
  • Systems knowledge (Jobpac, Procore) desirable
