Due to continued growth, they are looking for a Senior Contract Administrator to join their passionate and experienced team.

The Role

As a Senior CA, you'll be a key member of the project team, responsible for the full contract administration process from pre-construction through to delivery on projects up to $150m

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing head contracts and subcontracts, including tender evaluations, and letting
  • Preparing scopes, contracts, purchase orders, and progress claims
  • Tracking and managing variations, RFIs, and cost reporting
  • Working closely with PMs and Site Managers to support program, cost, and quality outcomes
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors
  • Mentoring of other CA's in the team

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years' experience in Contract Administration (commercial/multi-res desirable)
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Proficiency in project management software (Procore & Cheops)
