We understand that a 9-5 schedule doesn't always fit with the rest of your life. That's why we offer genuine flexibility and support, so you can manage your workload and working time effectively. We're inviting experienced Health Information Managers (HIMs) and clinical coders to join our central coding workforce. You'll become part of a high-performing team and contribute to the ongoing transformation of Revenue Cycle Management.

What we expect from you:

· Two or more years of experience coding in an inpatient setting.

· Current eligibility to work in Australia.

· A drive to challenge the status quo, continually improve, develop, and learn.

· Self-management of your workload and working time.

· Attendance at a fortnightly online education session (30 minutes, pick one of two sessions).

· Open communication
