Overview

Join to apply for the Clinical Coder role at Healthscope. Healthscope cares for over 650,000 patients each year and offers genuine flexibility to manage workload and working time. You will join a central coding workforce within a high-performing team contributing to Revenue Cycle Management.

We welcome experienced Health Information Managers (HIMs) and clinical coders to join our central coding workforce and be part of a nationwide private hospital operator with 42 sites supported by a central Support Office.

What We Expect From You
  • Two or more years of experience coding in an inpatient setting.
  • Current eligibility to work in Australia.
  • A drive to challenge the status quo, continually improve, develop, and learn.
  • Self-management of your workload and working time.
  • Attendance at a fortnightly online education session (30 minutes, pick one of two sessions).
  • Open communication.
