Hydraulic Technical Solutions is an independently owned company specialising in hydraulic repairs, servicing, and fabrication. While we offer mobile hydraulic hose services for on-site convenience, our workshop is the heart of operations, focusing on maintaining high-quality standards and efficient service.

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced First Class Machinist to join our team. This full-time role is ideal for a skilled professional with a strong background in hydraulic repairs and experience operating both CNC and manual lathes and mills. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the precision and quality of our machining operations.

As the Machinist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Diagnose and perform hydraulic system repairs and rebuilds to OEM standards.
  • Set up and operate CNC and manual lathes, mills, and other machining equipment.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
  • Measure and inspect machined parts to ensure accuracy and conformance to specifications.
  • Maintain a high level of precision and quality in all machining tasks.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
  • Document completed work and maintain accurate records as required.
  • Provide input on process improvements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
